Sometimes the best way to travel is like a bird. These are some photos of such a flight.
But before the airplane could land, we had to do a trip around the dirt runway to chase away the animals.
Such as this troop of warthogs on the side of the runway. (Did you spot them?)
This is the air terminal.
As the rainy season ends, the park rangers burn large sections of the savanna. Thus, providing more fresh green grass for those animals who prefer eating such stuff. Alas, that in turn provides more food for those animals inclined to eat those animals who eat grass. Such is life on the savanna.
As you can see, the land is starting to dry out in mid July.
